Due to the constantly
changing status of bookings, we have not included here an availability
chart. Please contact us to enquire as to the dates that you are considering.
If the villa is available for the dates that you are considering, we will
place a 72-hour option on it for you. This will allow you time to ensure
that you are happy with your choice of accommodation and to ensure that
the flights and other travel requirements you need are available.
If you need any advice or assistance regarding the best options for travel,
car rental etc, please do not hesitate to ask us. We have enormous experience
in this area and we can certainly advise you as to the best options, as
well as possibly pointing you in a few money-saving directions.
Our rental rates for Citrus Grove reflect the outstanding quality of the
villa and its accommodation. They are nevertheless still exceptionally
competitive and you will pay little more for Citrus Grove than for many
other similarly-sized villas which are far less stylish and distinctive,
less well equipped and which are far less attractively located.
The rental rates quoted below include absolutely everything except the
optional pool heating and national/international telephone calls
(though our complimentary $10 phone card as part of our welcome pack
will give you over 3 hours of calls to the UK on us!). Even
the compulsory local taxes that all rental villas attract (and which are
often ‘added’ to the basic rental rates) are included.
The rates below are for the rental of the entire villa for stays of seven
nights. For a stay of 14 nights simply double the appropriate rental rate.
For longer stays please enquire for a special rate. If you wish to stay
for 10 days or for any other duration, please contact us for a quote.

Please
Note: Use of the barbecue is entirely complimentary. However, please ensure
that it is cleaned and left as found when you depart. Failure to do so
will result in a £50.00 / $90.00 deduction from the security deposit.
If after a booking has been made you subsequently cancel it, the following
cancellation charges shall apply, unless a direct replacement booking
is made by another party. Changes to bookings will be accommodated wherever
possible and at no extra charge.
More than 56 days - the booking deposit
Between 28 and 56 days - 50% of the total rental cost
Less than 28 days - 100% of the total rental cost
