Detailed information pack on the local attractions Whilst many of our guests may be familiar with Orlando and its attractions, there are many who will not be. To accompany a myriad brochures and leaflets, we have compiled an extremely detailed information pack on the whole area. This is based on our own knowledge and experience and tells everything as it really is. As well as recommendations, this information pack is full of hints and tips to help you get around and make the most of your holiday. As well as covering the obvious theme parks, it deals with some of the less well-known attractions that are sometimes overlooked but often really worth a visit, the best routes to take to them all, as well as shopping, dining and a host of other things. Travel adaptors One of the items most often overlooked when packing to go on holiday, five UK/US travel adaptors are provided for your convenience. Welcome grocery pack Bread, milk, sugar, tea, coffee, Pepsi, biscuits, orange juice, eggs, bacon, butter, jam, cereals, bottled water, beer and a bottle of wine. $10 Complimentary Phone card. Although we provide free local calls - long distance and international are not available. So we provide all our guests with a complimentary $10 phone card - enough for over 3 hours of calls back to the UK. Great to let your loved-ones know you have arrived safely! Complimentary sundries Liquid soap, washing powder, fabric conditioner, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, cleaning materials, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, tissues, cotton wool balls, cotton buds etc. None of us want to contemplate it when on holiday - but children do get sick sometimes! As parents we know how bad this is when on holiday. Therefore, in the storage room off of the Games Room there is our Emergency Illness Kit! Contains bowls, lots of towels, tissues, cleaning sprays (anti-bacterial too), Baby Wipes and Hand Sanitizer! We've got it covered!!!

Security/Safety	Pool guard fencing Any water is a potential hazard and, to comply with relevant legislation, access to the pool is thus controlled. Some holiday homes still use mains-operated alarms on exit doors which give access to the pool area. However, these are extremely unreliable and prone to malfunction - often in the middle of the night! Our pool is therefore protected by a more preferable and simple to use security fence, albeit backed up by more reliable battery-operated alarms on the doors The pool fence will always be in place when you arrive and it is recommended that, if there are young children present, it remains in place to give you peace of mind. If the fence is taken down and stored, please be aware that this is at the your own risk. Smoke alarms Hopefully something that will never be required but the villa is protected by numerous mains operated, linked smoke alarms and also has emergency lighting.
