MAKE A BOOKING

Prior to completing and submitting a Booking Form, please ensure that you have checked with us that the villa is available and that we have confirmed this to you, together with the rental rate applicable to your chosen dates. We will then place a 72-hour option on the villa for you to allow you to sort out your travel arrangements.

To make a confirmed booking, please first confirm your requirements by telephone, fax or email so that we can ensure the villa is reserved for you. We will then hold it for you for a period of five days. Then please immediately complete and sign a Booking Form and send it to us at the address shown below. A Booking Form can be viewed and printed out by clicking on the links below.

Booking Form

If your reservation is more than 8 weeks away, we require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your booking with your booking form, with the balance due 8 weeks before you travel. If your reservation is 8 weeks or less away, we require full payment to be made with your booking. Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Please note that credit card payments incur a 3.5 % surcharge to reflect the fees we are charged by the credit card companies.

After receipt of your Booking Form and remittance we will immediately write to you to confirm your reservation.
